Located in Wells Beach, Maine, our property offers a tremendous combination of Sunrises, Sunsets, and Sea Breezes. A short walk of 200 feet leads you to the beach sand at Crescent Beach where you enter onto miles of Maine’s beautiful sandy beaches. Every morning, you will be one of the first in America to see the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean directly across from our location. Crescent Beach is our favorite beach in Wells because it combines miles of sand but in a more residential part of town, so there is more beach for everyone to share. When you walk down the steps to the right of our property, you end up at the seawall where the wild waves crash into the seawall each and every day when at high tide. The Seawall offers tremendous views of the Sunrise and the rocky coast line to the south of our property, but also includes tremendous views of local sea life. If you time it right, you can watch the harbor seals playing on the rocks and fishing for their daily meals on the rocks just off shore.

At night, the back of our property is home to amazing sunsets over the marsh as the birds race back and fourth from our many feeders on our back fence. The Marsh and Estuary is home to many deer, birds, and various other types of wildlife, but the sunsets? They are the main attraction. The back side of our property sits directly on the marsh and have amazing deck views each and every night when the sun sets.

You can always count on a summer breeze at our location. With the marsh to our back and the mighty Atlantic to our front, the winds are always blowing. Sitting in one of the many chairs on our grounds on a quiet afternoon after a day on Crescent Beach is one of the most relaxing experiences you can find. You will find many guests sitting on the porch or deck reading a book as the sun beats down on them, but the breeze keeps them cool.

Obviously our location is what makes the initial attraction for guests, but we take pride in the relationships that are built here. Most of our guests have been coming for years. The relationships that are built here have lasted a lifetime. We aren’t corporate, but we are professional and personable. We want you to feel like this is your home, just as it is ours.
